I personally think that because of where he's drafted, he's given an opportunity.

But to me, I like Darius Cooper in that position.

This is before game one and touchdown.

This is just my thought from last year to this year.

And I just think that in this moment adds more value to the team.

But there's the politics behind it that he's first round with Kyle Lemon.

So, Darius Cooper's not going to get that opportunity.

Listen, he reminds me of an 81 that played that position a few years ago, a few years back.

I personally think that because, because of where he's drafted, he's given an opportunity, but to me, I, I like Darius Cooper in that position.

He's gonna sh- he's gonna sacrifice himself in order to get DeVonta Smith open.

He's gonna do all of those things, and I just think that, in this moment, adds more value to the team.

Even though they're not getting much out of No. 3, they're getting Wicks to play like a legitimate No. 2.

And then even a guy like Darius Cooper, who's a depth piece and emerging here, had himself a game-winning touchdown.

But normally when a guy misses a second day of practice, it's not a good sign after he practiced the first day.

You know, be more snaps for Darius Cooper.

Elijah Moore potentially could be active.

I saw Elijah Moore spending a lot of time on Friday's practice talking to Saquon Barkley.

W- this season, I do think we're seeing an increased ability to locate the ball perfectly, give his receivers the best chance to catch it and, and get upfield with it.

I think about the touchdown the, the last, uh, you know, the, the game-winning touchdown to Darius Cooper.

That thing was s- feathered in there.

I mean, that was a soft touch pass that, man, that's so nice as a receiver, catching a ball like that.

He's awesome.

And I think this is a tremendous start for Wicks as the number two.

Even though they're not getting much out of number three, they're getting Wicks to play like a legitimate number two, and then even a guy like Darius Cooper, who's a depth piece and, and emerging here, had himself a game-winning touchdown.

Hugh, I add it all together, and what I'm watching and what I'm seeing here is something I felt, but I think a lot of us felt it, maybe thought it, maybe hoped it, but until you see it in reality, you don't know.

This team could have done so much better to have gotten a decent, reliable backup quarterback in free agency to get – and, look, maybe they don't win two games in a row, but come on.

Cooper – I feel bad for Cooper Rush.

Oh, same.

How is this guy supposed to get ready when he's like, yeah, I'll be – Basically all year.

And I mean, there's no other way to say it, but the defense blew it at the end.

Yeah, I would have to concur on that one.

And I will say, you know, shout out to Darius Cooper for the first two catches of his career, including that game winner, former Tarleton State receiver.

So shout out to him.

year it hurts on that hurts on the last drive went six for eight 61 yards in that final two minutes uh i believe davante smith had about 19 yards something like that darius cooper caught the touchdown darius cooper

but uh Yeah, I mean, it's just – and with no timeouts too.

I mean, it was just – it was a master class.

It's a little bit of a downgrade in the receiver room if you're just talking big names with A.J. Brown gone.

Dallas Goddard got a little banged up in the game he was missing for a bit.

And it didn't matter Darius Cooper came in made a big catch Smitty got his hurts looked refined he looked like he actually believed in our offensive coordinator for the first time in a while so I mean that's what you want to see.
