so did is it how'd you feel um you know, being overweight and trying to meet women versus when you were in shape.

What did you notice, you know, the differences? Was it easier, harder? Tell us about that.

You know, I read the books and I started the stuff and I started to get results even when I was at my heaviest.

girls in class they helped me out with they helped me pass a class that I had failed three times they invited me to parties like I started to do really well and I was like when I first read the game I was like um I was like game is all that matters right you don't need uh you don't need to have looks right that doesn't matter so I was really hardcore into it and then I was like well let's do this all anyway and then honestly through the years I'd say a good four years in between from now till then.

I spent a few years where I was a little heavier for sure.

I was a little out of shape.

And

honestly, like we talked

about the other day, like, You can still do it when you're out of shape.

But for me, I've noticed it's part of my identity to look good and feel good.

I don't know if it's the, maybe there's a little vanity in my family I maybe inherited from some of my relatives.

There's never a, of our last name, there's never a mirror we didn't like.

We like to look good and then dress well and all that other.

You're an Italian man, you gotta look good.

Maybe it's an

Italian thing.

We like to look good.

It's cold out here.

I mean, it's raining, but I still got a little bit of tan going on.

I still try to be what I can with it.

But I notice when I'm in shape, I feel so much better about myself.

And confidence really comes down to how you feel about yourself.

And if you can look in the mirror and say that I'm the guy that I want to be, that's the best that I could put together.

Obviously, nobody's perfect.

But I've made myself into the best man that I could be.
