What's very funny to think about is that the last episode we recorded of our ones that went wonky technologically is that I said Mr. Holland's opus.
But I can't fault a movie for wanting to show the power of a love of music or the arts to sort of show that you might just think this is a silly thing, but look at the value that it has.
I think any movie that shows that... that has the message of like, if you cut these, these programs or these classes from, from schools, then like, like they say in the movie, like they're not going to have anything to read or write about because they're just doing all these technical things that society has deemed more important.
Because what sucks is that he's supposed to be the character that is both your entryway into this world and the one who's supposed to then inspire you.
The problem is I don't think you can have him be both because I don't believe that this guy at the end sucked this much at the beginning.
I think people can change and grow as they learn, and I understand that they want, the way that he's written is sort of directed at audience, he's sort of, the way he starts is meant to bring in the audience members who are like, music, who gives a shit about music? Like, music class.
