What were the main problems in traditional training that you were seeing or trying to solve beyond just simply people getting injured at the gym from deadlifting or athletes getting injured on the field, which of course I think is a big part of it, but What were sort of your ideations through that process as you were sort of recognizing these flaws and other movement practices? And you see people sort of like with diet culture jumping from diet pattern to diet pattern or movement to movement practice based on those experiences.
