I'm your host, Marissa, and today we have my friend Christy from Revity.

Christy, tell us who you are, what Revity is, how you got started in the space.

Give us the spill.

[smacks lips] So Christy, senior advisor here at Revity.

I started in this space back in 2016, worked for a property management company, and then we were getting sales calls all the time for, "Hey, I wanna get started.

How do I get started?" Et cetera.

So that's where Revity became born.

We started Revity because people are literally needing just transparent data, understanding the underwriting or the pro forma on a property to see if it makes sense for their family, right? So Revity essentially is going to help any investor, no matter where you are, to try to determine if the property that you're looking at is a good fit financially for their situation, right? So we do that with having a quick call with them, understanding their buy box, setting them up on an email drip so that they get some properties, and then they're gonna go through those properties and determine if e- if a property is good for them.
