Who Killed Halloween?

So, there's one thing I need to bring up, and we'll address it quickly.

Chad's not here to defend his half, but you and him, in my absence... did an episode on the horror icons, bygone horror icons.

And you had a comment that I can go over on Spotify.

But before I go over that, because I want to get at least your reaction, Chad can give his later.

We had a message.

Oh, long message straight to you too.

Cause I wasn't involved in this.

All I did was edit.

Uh, this is from John Corrin.

Uh, won't give you his Instagram handle, um, or how to spell his name or anything like, it's not like he's trashing anybody, but you know, uh, so his message was directly for you too.

Here's what he says.

Uh, wanted to share a more in-depth thought because okay so he left a Spotify comment so we don't even have to go over those this is his in-depth thoughts to explain his

comments I think I've seen his but go ahead

he said I think I can somewhat explain some perspective on modern horror for someone who's grown up in this um you went green okay whoa okay what the fuck was that I don't know.

Weird.

Anyways, he said, I'm 26 years old and I don't remember a pre-911 world.

We were exposed to shit like best gore way too young.

Well,

join the club.

I don't know.

Now, every day you go to school, you're left wondering about your own safety.

Overall state of the world is so different than it was in the 80s.

I mean, we're not in the 80s.

We didn't grow up in the 80s, John.

We're all from the 90s.
