Thinking again about A players and what you were saying about they won't stick around if they find they're around a lot of B and C players, one thing about A players is they love to grow and learn.

What have you done to structure learning and growth opportunities for people so that they do feel challenged but supported in those challenges as they're moving in their development with you?
So, you know, it- for me, education and investing in people's development is something that is just so inherent in me from the earliest ages.
One of the reasons that, uh, I was so drawn to Udemy, you know, a- and to go have the impact that we had, and I surely have brought that exact mindset with me into Allumia.
We've already had our first leadership summit, brought leaders from around the world, top 50 leaders from around the world, kicked off what is now an annual leadership summit to bring together some experts from FranklinCovey, from The Table Group and what have you, and really set- Uh, a foundation for how we're going to invest and develop our leaders in the business at Alumia.
At the same time, in parallel with that, Udemy, an online learning platform, a skills development platform.
We're in the process right now of developing specific and tailored learning paths that are gonna be applicable for every individual in the organization.
What I mean by that is this, if I, if somebody's in sales today and they wanna go into sales management, we're gonna have a learning path that they're gonna have, that they're gonna be able to go through, and it's not just gonna be online learning.
It'll be a combination of online learning and face-to-face learning in, you know, in, in a variety of different formats that we're gonna enable in the organization, mentorship and what have you.
And that, that example will transfer across the entire company so that if an individual wants to go up or diagonal in their career, they're gonna have a platform, not just a- I- not ...
when I say platform, not just an online learning platform, but a platform specific to learning and development that they can engage in to develop the skills that they need to learn, grow, and prepare themselves for the next step in their career at Alumia.
So they don't have to go somebody else, somewhere else, excuse me, to take the next step in their career.
I'm attending these meetings because of the experience I have at Udemy to make sure we're shaping this the right way, we're investing enough, and that when we roll it out, we roll it out with a bang, and, you know, we really get everybody just excited about spending the time to develop those skills so that they're prepared for whatever comes next for them.
