They were acquired by Dialpad.

And we would have people come to us and say, hey, here's this long list of features that WebEx has that I want you to have.

But also, I hate WebEx and I'm switching from them.

And so I was like, well, do you want me to build WebEx? The thing that you don't like? No, you don't.

So what I need to do is I need to understand, like, what are the problems that you have? And then we're going to put together a strategy on how we how we tackle those.

And so that, again, that's a product strategy, but it comes as it should be built as part of your positioning that like, for instance, for us, we were we were talking about.

I think we do.

And maybe a follow-up incredible WebEx might be in conjunction with my partner, who's the Dean of the College of Nursing at the University of Florida Health, Dr. Shakira Henderson.

And so we have kicked off just this semester a process that we refer to clinical reimagining reimagining model and we call it the crim model c-r-i-m stands for clinical reimagining model where our students and our future talent at the college of nursing the didactic in theory comes at the front of the semester then they have their skills acclimate acclimation And then toward the end of the semester, they immerse into the workforce with a clinical mentor who is a University of Florida registered nurse adjunct faculty to the College of Nursing.

And, and so we'd known about, you know, Zoom over the internet, you know, video over the internet for a long, long time, but most of us didn't use it.

And there were platforms, WebEx or whatever, and some corporations would have rooms and you had to go into that room.

You had to, you know, sit there and you, you know, look at a screen at the other end of the room.

But we didn't really use it, and then COVID hit, and suddenly most of us spend most of our... a lot of our time doing our work in these types of... with these types of capabilities.

I have nightmares.

John, I got to tell you, I have nightmares about WebEx.

Like,

WebEx for years was always broken.

And actually, it's funny, because Eric was a VP at WebEx.

So he was responsible for some of the damage.

And I think Zoom was his sort of penance for coming out and fixing it.

So AirBnB was like, like every company in almost in the world.

We were, like, mostly entirely in person, and we weren't even familiar with the product Zoom before the pandemic, and we were using, like, Webex and Skype, and the technology really wasn't there.

So it was always considered a second-class experience.

Then the pandemic occurred, and we were all on Zoom.

Some choices barely matter.

whether you have Webex or toast for breakfast, tea or coffee, what shirt to wear.

Really, it's just a matter of preference.

But there are other choices in life that put you on a path.
