I will say, just on that last note you were saying about considering internal teams, uh, thank you, having been in that position before, um, on the receiving end.

And so, you know, I ca- what's interesting is I came across your work through Instagram and your drawing and painting first.

I was at this period when I was wanting to kind of purge my feed, and so I was like, new profile, and I followed my friends who followed art, and some of your work kind of came up, and I was like, "Oh, this is great." So you were, like...

I mean, you're so much more than a bookmark, but you were a book- [laughs] a bookmark firstly [laughs] for, to me.

And then the first time that we started reaching out to you was I had come across your website, probably on Arena, when I was working as a recruiter, and we were l- looking, working with an agency that was focused on this intersection of, you know, like, brand, storytelling, arts, and culture, and so it's a interesting needle to thread, and I felt like, "Oh my gosh, you fit right in the middle of it." And so I remember being so excited to reach out, because I was like, "Oh my gosh, I get to write a fan letter," 'cause I was just such a fan of that.

But one of the things that really stuck out to me is, as being a recruiter, being a coach, somebody who's fortunate to talk to a lot of people about the highs, the lows in being in this industry, and the impact that a manager has, and there are so many people that talk about you behind your back.

You are adored [laughs] by so many creatives, and what blows me away is to have this capacity to be a parent, to be an artist, [laughs] to be a manager, to create a space that cares for others, while still taking care of yourself from afar, you can make it look so easy, and I know it's not.

One other thing, one time I was coaching somebody who was trying to decide if they should stay in design or not, and I sent them your profile, your, your, your work.
