What About the Rapture?

Because we are covering the issue, as I alluded to, of the rapture.

And people have all kinds, all kinds of thought and interest on the rapture.

It is quite sensationalized.

People like to predict dates.

They write books.

They have radio broadcasts.

They have articles.

They have announcements.

This is the date of the rapture.

They base it on all kinds of things.

If you calculate the numbers in the Bible, you will get the right date.

If you look at the moon, it will give you the right date.

If you look at the stars, it will give you the right date.

If you look at the stock market, I don't even know how they did that.

But if you look at the stock market, it will tell you the date of the rapture.

Everyone predicts the date of the rapture.

And every one of those predictions obviously is wrong.

It's led people to some skepticism about these predictions.

People say, well, if they predicted on that day, we know the Lord is not going to return on that day.

So I said, well, by that logic, let me do this.

I predict that the rapture will be every single day in human history except tomorrow.

Because, you know, if Christ can't come on a certain day that you predict, then let's just predict every single day.

And then he has to come on the day that you didn't predict.

Didn't work.

The rapture motivates movies.
