The chronological timeline could get a lot more detailed than this, but I think a simple way to approach it is just to understand that we interpret and understand the Book of Revelation to be chronological.

And so you, of course, have the first three chapters which address historic churches that were in existence in the first century that were addressed by the Lord Jesus Christ directly in chapters two and three.

But then you have an indication and anticipation of the rapture in chapter four, where a voice from heaven tells John to come up here.

And what John sees when he comes to heaven is he sees the assembled saints in glory in chapters four and five.

Meanwhile, on the Earth, from chapter six all the way through chapter 18 of the Book of Revelation, you have the unfolding of the Great Tribulation.

This is Daniel's 70th week from Daniel chapter nine, and it unfolds in chapter six with seal judgments, in chapter eight with bowl judgments, and in chapter 16 with trumpets.

... se- seal judgments, trumpet judgments, bowl judgments, Revelation 6, Revelation 8, Revelation 16, and the rise of the Antichrist, and all of those things with the final destruction on Babylon, the entire economic and political system of the Antichrist described in Revelation 17 and 18.

And then you have the second coming, and that's recorded in Revelation chapter 19, followed by the millennial kingdom, the establishment of that in Revelation 20:1-6.

Satan is completely destroyed, along with all who are in league with him, and that leads to the great white throne judgment, Revelation 20:10-15.
