In episode one, we kind of talked about the wedding day, which is just such a beautiful moment, but it's also...

I mean, you're really signing up for life, especially as Catholics and as we see the vocation.

And then in part two, we just talked about the early years, which are oftentimes very informative and necessary.

The habits you form early on are the habits that are going to continue in many ways.

It doesn't mean you can't, of course, change and grow, but it's essential to get off on the right foot from the start and to then be able to thrive.

It seemed only right to also then add in an episode talking about growing your family.

You're talking to each other saying, what are your hopes? What are your dreams for family life? Do you have a desire for kids anymore? and if so do you want as many as god will bless you with do you want one or two you know these are i think things that should be talked about and then uh rubber hits the road once you get married things always change life changes things look different and yet it's still such a an important conversation i think back to when my wife and i were dating and we kind of told ourselves all right Once we got engaged, we started talking about it a little bit more.

And the idea was, oh, we'll wait six months and then we'll start trying and go from there.

Well, then it took us a matter of days of being married before we said, we want to just try.

And now we're, you know, two and a half years in with one miscarriage and no children.

I just share it as this is another reason why this topic is so important because my situation is not unique.

And yet, you know, we can, in this episode, kind of talk about all of those different situations.

So I think to kind of start with this topic of growing your family, can you just share a little bit of your story, Danielle, and just, you know, kind of how you and Dan kind of navigated those conversations early on and what that looked like and how you went from there?
