One is relates to awe, reverence, and the other is to be terrified or flee from unseen circumstances, flee from unseen circumstances or judgment.
The fear, the spirit of the fear of the Lord, it is the deep enablement of the Spirit of the Lord for Christians to have the supernatural ability to be able to live in reverence and a lifestyle that pleases the Lord.

When you are into trap, when you are into bondage, when anything happens to you that you need deliverance, the hands of deliverance, God show up for you because you fear the Lord.
You want His supernatural protection, His deliverance? Then learn to fear the Lord.
