Trey AlsupHostSo it was my first Gen Con.
Gen Con is massive.
Um, you know, there's a huge exhibit hall where I spent most of my time, but there's also all these rooms, some from publishers, some from people putting on events.
There's just so much happening.
And it was impressive.
It was crazy.
I feel like I have to go back just to see, uh, you know, everything I missed.
I'm sure I only saw, like, 10% of the Con.
And you, you know, I would get together with people at dinner sometimes and hear what they were doing, and I was like, "This is so crazy.
Like, I can't believe that existed." Like, there was a 70-person John Company game where every f- member of the family was, like, play- was represented in the game.
Like, over five or six hours.
Like, that's so cool.
Like, I, I didn't even know that existed.
Uh, but I spent most of my time checking out new games, and I had a great time doing that.
And, uh, so yeah, it was really fun.
Did that.
Um, I'll talk about some of the games we saw.
I also played in a sorcery tournament, and I played a Daggerheart one-shot, which was really fun.
And so between those three things, the tournament, Daggerheart, and the new games, I'd say those were my highlights.
How long were you at Gen Con for? Was it, like, a Thursday through Sunday? I was there...
I, yeah, we landed on Wednesday, and then we left on Monday, but, like, the Con itself was Thursday through Sunday.
