Patriots vs. Jaguars Preview Feat. Michael Barbour | S4 E37

I'll lead us off.

I'll tell you my key to the game.

We'll go to Michael and we'll go around the room for the rest of the fellas.

We'll get our keys out there and I'll make some picks and predictions.

My key to the game is get Drake May moving.

And originally I had get Drake May going, but it's really moving that I want to see.

And I'll explain why I say moving, moving as a passer.

not just as a runner.

I feel like a lot of his moving has resulted in him running, and I would like a little bit more of his movement to be an influence on his passing.

Change the launch point, let him throw more on the move, play action, rollouts, boosts, potentially some options.

Danny called for that preseason, and I was like, they just don't like to do that with May.

Maybe it would be good for May to do that.

Maybe his strength is his legs.

Maybe...

the processing isn't the strength.

Maybe the throwing is like a good second thing.

Maybe his legs really are one of the better things and we need to lean into it a little bit more and we're forcing more to be in our scheme and we need to make more our scheme more about him.

So I would want to see that.

And I've actually seen that from McDaniels.

He's actually increased the amount of moving pockets that he's had throughout the weeks from week one to week two.

So do we see a progression to week three and a little bit more of a moving pocket there? I would hope so.

And this isn't just the Patriots things, the Jacksonville thing.

I want to, They're going to play a lot of zone.

They play a heavy amount of cover six.

Everyone talks about cover six with Drake May.
