You know what happens sometimes is if I'm talking to somebody about a collection, and this is kind of happening right now, actually.

If I talk to someone and I let too much time go by between our initial conversation and me actually either pulling the trigger or going to go get it or whatever, sealing the deal.

I waited too long and they just meandered over and did something else with it, whether it be selling it locally, giving away whatever.

I had a guy in Pennsylvania who his dad had passed away and he called me and we talked and he sent pictures and his dad had a shed, a 10 by 20 shed in the backyard.

Again, I know loaded word, but you can, you know, scout museum, you can picture that.

And so dad passed away and, son's trying to help mom out and he wanted someone to come buy, buy the whole thing.

So we went back and forth about the price and you know, they thought it was worth X. I really wanted to pay Y.

But one thing that kind of happened was when I got in this building and I had this room that I wanted to set up as a display, it kind of came around to me that this shed has all the displays built, like all the glass displays and everything.

And I'm like, I could just go buy that, bring it back and, like create that room just like I want it.

I'm going to have to have a buddy go with me and we'll have to rent a rider truck or U-Haul truck, you know, whatever.

I waited too long and I kind of fear and kind of know intuition wise that something else has happened and he doesn't really feel obligated to let me know what, what happened.

So you got to kind of bite when the, and that's why this, this guy in Chicago was so perfect was because with, from the time that he called me to the time I met him in person was about 10 days.
