Ep. 186 - Shivworks The Network - UFC 250 Freedom Terror plot

You want to kind of hit on some of your highlights of remembering that class?

What I would say is a couple of things.

If you've ever taken Craig Douglas's ECQC, there's going to be some familiar material.

But the way I like to say it, and Craig Douglas and Cecil will agree, Cecil takes it deep into some areas that Craig doesn't have the time to in the curriculum of ECQC.

So, I mean, there's lots of in-depth stuff that, you know, frankly, I wasn't necessarily expecting to go down.

I was also – I mean, it was like an M.

Night Shyamalan twist at the end of it.

He teaches us for a weekend and then gives us this ridiculous bit of nuggets that I don't want to give away.

Yeah.

But, I mean – I remember exactly what you're talking about.

The way he wraps up that class is phenomenal.

And – This brings up an issue that is kind of sad to me.

Cecil asked me to come help him out at a class in three days.

But I happen to, of course, have a couple of classes of my own this weekend, so I'm not going to be able to make it.

So, Cecil, if you hear this, I am bummed that I'm not able to make that.

But next time around, I will certainly clear it up.

Well, Cecil, if you're listening to this, just know that I cleared my calendar for the class.

Hey.

I'm kidding with you, bro.

Cecil asked me after

I

had my calendar

full.

I know.

I absolutely know.
