That is my heartbeat and my passion because for 20 years of my salvation life from 19 to almost 40, I was not discipled and I was literally stumbling through my walk with the Lord.
So trauma-based issues or any baggage that any of us have, doesn't matter whether we're incarcerated or whether we're sitting in a church pew, We all carry around baggage from our past, some very small, some very big suitcases, that impacts our relationship with the Lord and with others.
And so we have found at Courage for Life that spiritual health and emotional health go hand in hand.
