I remember when a lot of your content was really around, I would say it was all sorts of things, saving money, investing money, just like how attacking.

And I know maybe you do a little bit less of that, although you still do quite a bit on your Instagram as far as giving tips.

But I'd love to know a little bit about like some of your favorite tips from that time or maybe even kind.

one of the best things that you can do Spend some time getting really honest about how much enjoyment you get out of the different things that you're spending money on.

Because when you rein in spending on something that's not bringing you joy, it does not feel deprivational.

But like, you know, the advice to like, if it really brings you joy to walk to your local coffee shop and get a $7 coffee every day, you should keep doing that if you can afford it.

But if you look in your closet and it's a bunch of new clothes with new tags on it that you never wear and you don't actually like, stop buying that.

So one of the things that I, one of like the base exercises that I always encourage people to do is to physically print out all of your, like your bank statement or your credit card statement, like physically print it on a paper.

If you don't remember what this purchase was or how you felt about it, it's yellow.

And then add those up and then start looking at the pink ones because sometimes the pink is like 20 bucks a month.
