Our heroes find themselves deep in another FFXIV Evercold Fan Fest. This time they have almost nothing to show us. New tank and new typing...YAY!
You literally cannot
say that there wasn't.
There
was a FanFest.
As many have called it, the bastard middle child of FanFests.
Ha ha ha!
This year's Berlin Fan Fest has been described as contractually obligated.
Oh my
God.
After the amazing kickoff of the first Fan Fest, I was expecting a lot from this one.
And oh boy, did I get 10 minutes of content within two hours.
Holy shit.
They spent so much time just padding out stuff by just explaining everything that they said at the first FanFest.
It gets me real worried that they have nothing ready.
Well, in fairness to Nothing Ready, it's still a half a year away.
They got time.
I know.
Also,
they have other FanFests, and they were probably like, yeah, we don't care about Burning Man.
Let's wait to reveal all the
cool shit.
They have one FanFest, what is it, like two months before the game comes out?
It's the tragic thing about the EU FanFest is that, like, on the one hand, this is kind of unsurprising because the EU FanFest usually gets, like, almost nothing between the NA and JP because they always want to save the big kind of chunks of, like, the juiciest bits for the JP FanFest because, of course, the JP FanFest is going to get all the juicy details because it's a JP company, but, like...
This time in particular, there was really not a whole lot to go off of.
We got, like, news about Beastmaster, a few bits of info about, like, you know, Evercold, and that was kind of it.
