Alchemy

So keep the lights low.

You know, whether you literally wore out the grooves on your Brothers in Arms record back in the day, or maybe you know every single vocal harmony on Wrecking Ball, or even if you just appreciate really masterful, understated art, this is going to be a shortcut to understanding a rare, almost mystical kind of alchemy.

Alchemy is the perfect word for it.

Because I have to admit, when I first looked at this pairing years ago, I was completely skeptical.

I mean, not Fleur's British Rock.

A really good friend of mine who I've had on Brown's podcast in the past.

And we talked about for people that have grew up in the church, how do we reorient ourselves to Yeshua? How do we re-understand Yeshua, and how do we re-understand our relationship and redevelop a relationship with this divine being and this loving being? She also talked about the relationship between Yeshua and Mary, and sort of the misunderstandings of that, and sort of where we get Yeshua wrong, and where we can learn to understand, you know, where c- we can learn to understand them.

And so the book, again, is called The Alchemy Transmissions, and it is by Carissa Schumacher, and you can also do sessions with her or come to her journeys where she has Yeshua come through and share divine messages.

And I'm so grateful for her in my life as a teacher and a guide, and I was able to sit with her for a while after and just receive some of her wisdom and some of her sight, and I am so deeply grateful in my life that I get to be with some of the most powerful people, and they always affirm and see me in a way that sometimes I just can't see in myself, so deeply grateful for that in so many ways.

There was something I was so curious about.

I wanna ask, um, I have a part I wanna ask about, but I'm curious about what are your thoughts on how we, why did we go from the Freedom Transmissions to the Alchemy Transmissions? Like, talk about why the Freedom Transmissions was important for the time that it was released, and why Alchemy is important for this time.

Oh, interesting question.

Yeah, I just think it's a way better version.

yeah no definitely and you know these the other copy that you're talking about it feels almost uh very dry very stale almost like they're trying to snuff out the greatness essentially that this knowledge because one thing that's always stuck with me is because i was i was going to write a book on the homunculus but one of the things that stopped me from doing i was like oh this has already been written about people have already written about Alchemy, people have already written about these other things.

And I had Ronnie Pontiac.

He's like, listen, that's OK that people have already written about it.

The Renaissance is what gives birth to it.

And that's a huge kind of light bulb that goes off when reading the book.

It's like, oh, these things are interconnected, right? Alchemy becomes chemistry and astrology becomes astronomy.

Yeah.

I think alchemy is like putting some herbs together and making a drink.

No, no. Yeah.

Alchemy is an ancient pre-scientific tradition that sought to turn cheap metals like lead into gold, cure all diseases, and find a way to live forever.

I, I mean, you also can't talk about binary, uh, polarity as a, as a philosophy, unless you talk about Kabbalah and, um, So I don't expect my readers to be Kabbalists, but we do have to explore Kabbalah if we're going to talk in any meaningful way about how our current philosophy of polarity developed.

But flattening is the right word.
