Never mind that Guilty Gear Strive, which Arc System make, is still supported to this day and just did their 2.0 after whatever it was, five years.

That's what happens now.

Fighting games get updated in the middle and it's basically a new game and you have to learn the meta all over again because they change stuff.

Uh, but I still wanted to bring it up, 'cause when they dropped it I thought it was, uh, interesting to check out.

So, uh, Guilty Gear.

I- it's kinda been a little bit since we've really chatted about Guilty Gear, right? They, they've dropped their, uh, you know, ever since the, the 2.0 drop and the content that they've been putting out there, um, they've been kind of quiet.

Things have just kind of been going the course right now.

Funny enough, I still haven't booted up since, uh, RoboKy's been released.

Um, highly requested features like taking control of characters mid-replay.

For those that remember, that was the, um-

Uh, let's give some shout-outs here to the other champions.

Guilty Gear Strive, we had Nitro NY getting his second Evo championship.

He had the first win in Evo Vegas 2024.

Uh, Nitro cooking in that game.

Was there-

... was there ever a time when Leo wasn't top tier? 'Cause when I was playing Guilty Gear season one-

That would suck, but, like, you know, I don't know.

I don't know what numbers Guilty Gear Strive is doing either.

I don't either.

They're in, like, season four or five.

They're going to be later on in the block but first of all, I felt like when I was looking for artists to end up on this block, one of my good go-tos for when it particularly comes to OC Remix 3 is the consoles.

And this Australian jazz band has ended up having all sorts of different tracks ready to go for just this one precise moment, and I decided to end up picking out this one, because we've ended up with all sorts of different Persona and Sonic covers, why not go for something a bit different? And that something a bit different is Guilty Gear Strive, because why not? A fun one, though, covering May's theme from that particular game, so we're just gonna go straight in with a little bit of a swagger.

So from the consoles, and covering a tune from Guilty Gear Strive, I don't know how to quickly say that one again.

I have like near 2000 hours in guilty gear or something and other fighting games.

And I, I play holistically.
