There was an article, let me just reference the article, Attorney at Law Magazine about niching down.

Now, I would start this by saying our belief at Scorpion has always been that focusing in specific practice areas as law firms gives you lots of advantages, both in how you practice to manage your firm and then certainly from a marketing perspective.

It says, hey, don't just don't just niche down in personal injury, niche down in brain injuries.

I got some points of view here, but what are your thoughts after reading this article just coming out of the gate?

Yeah, I mean, like it makes sense to me in certain realms of personal injury, you know, like, you know, med mal lawyers.

I mean, that is highly specialized, right? You have to know the medicine, right? Birth injury, certainly.

Like you can't really just niche one area of family law, in my opinion, because like you get a divorce if you have kids, kids are involved.

But like to challenge that a little bit, like depending on the size of market that you're in.

Look, I think if you're just starting out and you can't compete with the big players in the market, sure, that's an entry point to help you grow as a firm.

But again, I think in family law, there's just so much to it, right? Because again, if you're high net worth, guess what? You're going to have a lot of property.

It's negative in the property division, right? Then you've got 401ks, you've got whatever, right? There's a lot into it.
