I have found, this is just an observation, I don't have the data that you do, but I find that most people who are in leadership, whether they're like me, they're just one person with a small team, or they're a large team, but they take on way too much.

It's like, "Oh, it won't take that long." Three hours later I'm saying, "What the heck?"

And so we're actually training our teams oftentimes by the way that we overextend ourselves.

And therefore, they no longer take ownership and they don't take responsibility for what's theirs because w- they know you're just gonna come back and do it anyway.

And that becomes an issue on so many levels where you start to grow as the leader in resentfulness.

You start growing in, in frustration, and yet you're the one who's creating the chaos.

Now, how do you find, when you're working with your clients, how do you get them to define what they're doing and understand it? Because I'm guessing, been there, done it, we don't know we're doing it.

[laughs] I don't know about you, but my attitude about life is do what you're told and nobody gets hurt, which is not helpful.

And, you know, it's just so easy to say, "Well, dang it, I'll just do it myself," or, "I don't understand why you did it that way.
