The Docket Ep. 1205 Arkansas v. Aaron Spencer pt.5

Okay, so a real quick background.

If you're new to the Aaron Spencer case, it takes place down in Lone Oak, Arkansas.

Back last year, Aaron Spencer and his wife, Heather, were informed by their daughter that she had been essayed by an individual who was a mutual friend of a house of friends of the Spencers where... she used to go and hang out and play.

And this guy was a 67 year old creep or maybe 66 at the time.

His name was Michael Fossler.

It turns out that Michael Fossler has been grooming Aaron and Heather's daughter for an extended period of time.

And then obviously escalated that relationship to the worst imaginable way.

And finally, and amazingly the child made the outcry.

So after the outcry, Aaron and Heather were obviously destroyed.

Aaron and Heather were obviously furious.

Aaron probably, in that moment in time, wanted to go and kill Michael Fossler, but he didn't.

Instead, they did the right thing.

They went to law enforcement, made them aware of the situation.

Michael Fossler was charged with 40-plus felony counts, life sentence stuff.

for a 67-year-old man.

And so he's charged.

He goes into bond court.

The judge gives him a $50,000 or 10% to apply bond, meaning he only had to come up with five grand to get out, which he did within same day, next day, within a day or two.

So he's out on these streets.

And the only order in terms of What was put in place in terms of a stay away order wasn't specifically even to the Spencer's daughter.

It was to like all kids to stay away from all young people.

That was it.

So fast forward three months and it's about 1230 at night and the Spencer's little chihuahua starts barking.

which is unusual for the dog to be barking like that.

And it wakes Aaron and Heather up and they go into their daughter's room.
