The Grandfather Clause of the Arkansas Constitution reads as follows.

Section 4A.

Let's start by talking about issue one, which is described as the citizens only voting amendment.

So issue one would change the definition in the Arkansas Constitution of who can vote in Arkansas.

Right now, the wording that's there, voters actually approved back in 2008.

So the wording that is there talks about how citizens vote.

And then you have it change to include women and then you have it change to include younger people.

And it's constantly changed over the years.

Issue 2 is a constitutional amendment to amend the Arkansas Constitution to protect the right to keep and bear arms.

Again, we're kind of talking a little bit about substantive difference here between, say, what is the difference between Issue 2 and, say, the Second Amendment in the federal constitutions.
