And I think it's really important to say that I think Joely and I both agree that, well, actually you used a really nice, um, way of thinking about it.
That there are kind of two groups, and that often both of us see the group where the person is absolutely competent in our view.
... can communicate, but they just do not, they just do not have the confidence, or they don't believe in themselves that they also have that ability.
And, you know, just so you know, listening there, that is such a common scenario, so if you feel like that-
You, you said it, it's much, it's much more difficult to work with people like that because the roots are so deep.
Though on the other hand, if you're dealing with someone who's the opposite, who has little competence, let's say, because their, their ability is lower-
