Yeah, and we covered it briefly on, I believe, one of the last one or two episodes, but he was arrested in Wisconsin.

He had injuring her but on that episode that we covered he had pleaded no contest to misdemeanor battery and criminal damage to property which the property aspect of it I think has raised some red flags within the entire And we see here now that we have a new update as of literally yesterday.

The judge, Mark Hammer, denied the victim's request to seal the evidence permanently.

Within the overall evidence, it includes surveillance video, which is, I think, the biggest portion that we were discussing offline.

And that he acknowledged that releasing it would threaten privacy, dignity, personal security of kind of everyone involved.

And Now the decision to release it and everything will go to the local police department and Jacobs and the victim get a chance to object So everything, the temporary seal that was on all of this is set to expire today as of recording.

So that's where, you know, the, we may see some information and evidence come out over the next, you know, I think weekend, you know, during the football day as well.

So he's a common talking about PR, you know, a common time, but yeah, I mean, at the plea hearing on the 10th as to what we covered, at least, as to the plea hearing, the judge had temporarily sealed the evidence, which included that surveillance video.

And I mean, we'll see here now two weeks later, everything's kind of moved somewhat quote unquote smoothly, I suppose, in this situation.

I'm curious now to see, A, if surveillance video does come out, and B, how it would impact the suspension.

So just kind of curious for you, Dan, your thoughts on how do you think that would play into the overall NFL situation? I guess, discipline? And then also,
you

know, why does video make such a big deal, I think, in the ceiling and or not ceiling of everything?

Well, like, you know, that's, I see this, this narrative happening on Twitter now that there is a growing, I don't know if it's growing minority, but I certainly see it.

People thinking that Josh Jacobs might've played his last game ever as a Green Bay Packer.

We haven't seen it, but the fact that you have Jacobs attorneys going out there saying that the video shouldn't go out tells you a little bit.
