EP 380: Drink Water And More Good Advice

This is just a punk rock song, written for the people who can see something's wrong.

Slipknot has a weird way of dealing with things.

It seems like unless somebody dies, we don't know why they're not in the band anymore.

There's just like a TMZ announcement that someone's gone.

And now they're down to four original members of the original nine.

And I'll call the original line basically from the first Roadrunner Slipknot album forward.

Because I know there was some changeover in members in the first few years of the band.

The original nine.

How many bands get to say that?

Yeah, there you go.

Sid Wilson, the DJ, I believe he

also walked around and smashed shit with a baseball bat quite a bit, the kegs and all that stuff.

And most recently, the ex-fiancé of Kelly Osbourne and her Ozembic face.

Oh, okay.

Yeah, he proposed to her at the Back to the Beginning concert in front of Ozzy.

Right.

And anyway, they have a couple kids together.

Yeah, TMZ reported this, and...

Slipknot hasn't said anything why.

And then you get all these fucking bullshit clickbait headlines like Sid Wilson finally breaks silence.

And then you click it and he's like, he promoted something and didn't talk about that at all.

That's not really, you know, although I'm well versed enough to know that you're about to read some bullshit if the headline includes breaks their silence.

So anyway, not exactly.

I don't know.

It's more the oddity of how that band kind of handles stuff.
