No matter where you’re watching from or what this week has held, we’re glad you’re here. At Cloverhill Church, we believe God meets us right where we are and lovingly calls us forward. Our hope is…
I love the nation that I was born in.
It's the home of the brave and the land of the free.
It's given me an opportunity to fulfill my dreams.
And America has done more for humankind than any other state in any other country in the known world.
It's done more to liberate people politically, economically, and spiritually than any other place on the planet.
And I want it to flourish.
I want my grandkids to experience the same freedoms and opportunities that I've been given.
And I really do.
Obviously, that's what I do.
But righteousness exalts a nation.
And that word righteousness in this context, it means that people that are governed by godly and just principles.
So when a nation is governed by godly and just principles, it's exalted.
It is blessed.
It's favored.
It's raised to honor.
So what does that mean to us? Because if righteousness exalts a nation, then we should care about the principles by which our nation is governed and the people we entrust to govern it.
And as citizens, we have a voice, and our voice is our vote.
So we should learn the issues and speak up for what is right and vote for politicians who will most closely reflect what is just, right, and godly.
And righteousness exalts a nation.
Another reason is because the government is getting out of their lane.
And this should not be in this order.
