Last Minute Clippers/Kings Prep for Tonight

If you can't beat the Kings, what are we talking about here? This is a must win.

This is one of the easier games, especially in the first 20 games.

This is the gauntlet of the season is early for the Clippers here.

But obviously because you're going into a situation with a very new team, with a lot of new players, there could be some hiccups.

There could be, uh, [laughs] some mulligans.

There could be some time to work out the kinks to where then you make up for a bad loss to start off the season against a Kings team that's not expected to do a lot later on down the line.

I just wanna put that out there.

Tomar Azarly, by the way, has us losing.

You lose.

Which I thought was a hot take.

[laughs] Clippers are favored in this game by, like, four and a half points or something like that.

Not that, not that I'm into that or watching stuff like that.

[laughs]

Don't go [beep] guarantee it.

I don't, I'm not guaranteeing anything.

I'm just telling you the odds.

Never tell me the odds.

Um, I'm just gonna tell you, if somehow the Clippers lost this game tonight, the season is not over.

There's still 81 more games to be played And one game does not define your season.

One loss does not define your season.

They lost to Sacramento at the end of last year.

And yes, it was one of the worst losses outside of losing those back-to-back games to the New Orleans Pelicans.

And it kept them from making the playoffs.

They had a chance of getting the sixth seed.

Yes, they were right there.
