Isaiah Jackson Named Starting Center & Kobe Sanders Update

[laughs] All right, so this just dropped, and, you know, I thought, "Okay, how much of it really is breaking news, Adam, when you know damn well that you already did a show yesterday predicting this?" And I'm not saying-

You're a smart [beep] That's right

...

I'm not saying that.

I, I think it was pretty obvious in going back to Hawaii when they started Isaiah Jackson right away, when Isaiah Jackson said that, "So," he didn't wanna let, let the cat out of the bag and be like, "Well," Coach Lou said, "I was the starter." And we weren't sure to interpret that as does that mean he's just the starter for this per first preseason game against Golden State, or does that mean he is the starting center now? Well, we got confirmation, uh, about 20 minutes ago.

Uh, Joey Lynn was the first person I saw tweet it out, but I think there's even actual video of Coach Lou being interviewed and saying Isaiah Jackson is the starting center of this Clippers team.

Uh, let's see what we got here.

I see, I think, I think I got something from, uh, Ty Lou on this.

Let me get this to you guys here.

This is coming from, uh, La Murray, also at Clippers practice here.

What do we got? What do we got, Law? Give it to me

to the center position.

You have Isaiah and Brook here.

Uh, how close is Yannick? How is he progressing? And how do you feel about the fact that, you know, when we look at the centers, you have Isaiah, you have Brook, and-

Baba

... you're gonna use Baba there?

Yeah.

So, you know-

I told you Baba's gonna be at center.

I like it.

I like it.

That's where he should be.

Until you prove you got a shot, it's gonna be harder for him to get on the floor as a power forward.

He may have a shot at doing that because he may have a shot from distance, yet to be determined.

But he has shown some ability to shoot the basketball.
