Gustavo MunguiaGuestGyi TsakalakisHostSo one of the things we like to talk about on Clienting is your core strategy.
Talk to us about the core strategy, your view of the core strategy for the firm.

So that is exactly, just in general, we have two approaches, right? It's a paid strategy and an organic strategy.

And in this competitive field, which brought me back to the PI field, as like there's firms out there like Morgan & Morgan that has, that have like crazy budgets and are able to spend money on billboards everywhere across the nation.

And in order to compete with those types of firms, other law firms can rely on building their organic presence.

There's so many topics to demonstrate your experience and build the trustworthiness with the intended client base that you have.

And so for us, as an example, is we provide legal services across the whole state of California, and we're based here in Los Angeles.

So me being a Spanish speaker, I see the opportunity to be able to capitalize and be at the forefront of creating content in Spanish, for example, to be able to connect with potential clients who speak Spanish, who live here in Los Angeles, and to be able to reach the community and also build a network and connect with als- attorneys here as well, who may potentially refer cases as well.
And we talk all the time about connecting with communities and, as you mentioned, one way to do that is through social media content.
Talk to us a little bit about the platforms that you're on and what you're finding successful on those platforms.

So what I have to, who I have to shout out is, and I have the, the resource and the support of having a full-time social media manager in-house.

It used to be myself, by myself, and then we had a freelancer, but now we're at the point where I actually can rely on a full-time social media manager to be able to produce content for our English audience and our Spanish-speaking audience.
