What are the most helpful insights you have into the ministry transition from simply minister slash leader to leader of leaders or minister to ministers? It would be a number of things.

I personally don't believe any Christian has any business leading leaders unless they've had at least 15 to 20 years of experience in the trenches themselves in ministry.

The other thing is I would say that anyone who has a desire to be in a leadership role to people in ministry, to other leaders, And I'm not talking about passing on knowledge.

I'm talking about training people, equipping them in ministry, leading leaders, okay? Passing on knowledge is something different.

Well, all you need for that is to learn Greek, right? So you have that knowledge, you can pass it on.

The other thing would be, if you have such a desire, I would caution you against pressing on any doors yourself.

One of the best signals to tell if that's what you should be doing is that leaders, people in ministry, are looking to you.

You understand? I think it's dangerous to try to push open a door like that yourself.

But in my opinion, you're going to hurt other people and you'll probably hurt yourself in the process.

But time and experience and allowing the Lord to open the doors rather than you pressing them open.
