And before I turn it over to you, Molly, I would just like to state that a lot of people in my reading circles that I'm close to, We've read either a few or all of Lencioni's books.

And if you were to quiz them, survey them, what book is your favorite, the ideal team player would be near the top.

The problem with The Ideal Team Player is, I'm not going to say it's shallow, I'm not going to say it's surfacy, but it's lacking something.

And as I got through just even two chapters, I'm thinking, oh, this is the book that everyone needs to read if you liked The Ideal Team Player.

I haven't read it, but I will tell you, I really appreciate you bringing this up because that is why I wrote, I created this and I wrote the book because the number one thing that is going to kind of influence one's success and happiness in life is the extent to which you feel comfortable being able to say what you think needs to be said and being who you are.

And personalized because how people speak up isn't a one size fits all solution.
