But speaking of politicians, we've got to turn to this GOP convention that's happening.
We're not going to play any clips from President Trump, but you don't have to listen to any clips from President Trump.
And everybody else that's been at this convention has been kind of already doing the greatest hits.
So in this order, Nick, you're going to hear from the Treasury Secretary, Scott Besson.
You're gonna hear from Tim Scott, GOP Senator, and you're gonna hear from Ken Paxton, who's running for Senate in Texas, where this is obviously being held in Dallas.
And the reason I chose these three clips, Nick, was because they bring up everything that the administration, it's weird to do a convention like this because this magnifies some of the things that you would think would be a layup for voters to just vote the opposite of this.
blaming a previous administration, transgender woke issues, like things that are just nonsensical when the price of gas is high and your wage growth is stagnant and you can't afford your house.
Let me remind you of the years of failure that they followed.
Under Joe Biden, Democrats brought this country to the brink of ruin.
They opened our borders and shuttered our factories.
They imposed one set of rules on American workers while allowing our competitors to play by another.
Inflation soared to a 40-year high.
Deportations of dangerous criminals sank to record lows.
Domestic energy became harder to produce.
Everyday life became more expensive.
And businesses on Main Street became burdened with red tape and over-regulation.
