think we've been in just over a week now, a full week last week with the game on Saturday.
We've controlled their workload over the summer, but obviously the new signings, they've come in without us knowing too much about their physical capacity right now, so we're getting to learn those.
It was good for the game on Saturday, so the boys get into the swing of things really early.
But I think the first week now, because we have the off-season programme, we don't probably hit them as hard as we used to.
I think it's more of a gradual thing with sports science and all that sort of thing.
So it really sort of ramps up maybe next week and the week after that, certainly going into Austria.
And what's the summer break been like? I remember asking you on a fans forum, Graham, did you go anywhere nice on holiday? And you said, well, I'm not going to go anywhere.
I've always just wanted to do a week and then get back to work and meet players and all that sort of thing.
But my wife convinced me to have two weeks and I'm glad she did because it was a brilliant two weeks.
But you get itchy fingers, you want to get back on the football pitch as soon as you return back to England.
