Yeah, so part of the horseshoe, this is the 6.30 run in the morning, so I take the lads out with all the staff and we all jog round at my pace, so it's quite easy for the players.

So it's a horseshoe across the bridge to the start line.

About 10, 12 years ago, I'd be having a three to four minute head start and I'd be jogging with the hope that the players would catch me.

And in the earlier years, they'd always catch me by the time we got to the end line.

So now, as the years are rolling on, I think I'm now into six or seven minutes of head start.
