John, you actually, I think, were introduced to me by a guy whose podcast I've done a couple of times down in Vegas.

He's got a great story, and some really, uh, really interesting and novel thoughts, particularly around the concept of cellular hydration." I'm like, "Okay, great," you know.

"Just give me another guy ta- talking about drinking water and electrolytes." And I kinda stalked you a little bit and, uh, listened to some other interviews that you've done and checked out your website.
Uh, but more importantly, you know, at this point in time, uh, you know, I think, I think we're, you know, we're in the tens of thousands, 50,000, 60,000, 70,000, you know, you know, people's lives that we've been able to impact with this breakthrough science.
And interestingly, uh, yeah, every- everybody's drinking more water, right? They're doing, they're doing that.
Uh, you know, a- and as a scientist, I always ask people a question, "How's that working for you?" [laughs] It's not really working for people.
Uh, you know, they can drink all the water they want, but, uh, you know, I like to keep things simple for people, Ben, and, and I say, "You know, look at your, look at your cells.
You know, once you get past about 35 years old, y- oxidative stress and just the cellular transformation that happens in a cell, it's, it, it gets hard like a glass marble.
I call that expensive pee." [laughs] It's like, it's, it's like it just, just not getting in there.
