I'll just comment to read a comment on the pH of the body when you go low carb when you take a lot of grains, a traditional diet, what does that do to the alkalinity or acidity of the body?

The question was when you go on low carb, there's a lot of discussion on the internet.

And even before that, when we were, you know, in magazine articles and things like that about remember I mentioned that at a ketones of three, that's nutritional ketosis.

That's ketoacidosis.

At very high ketone levels the body becomes acidotic.

Your pH goes low and that really disrupts function.

Many functions of the body.

And then my PhD work was on stem cells, but essentially growing stem cells into type of blood cells so they can be put back into cancer patients.

But it was all about engineering, like how to grow these cells, what's the impact of pH, oxygen, etc.

So it was a natural transition into biotech.

What really still excites me after 25 plus years is that unlike chemical industry and some of the other industries, there is still a bit of art into it in the sense that we are working with biological organisms to generate these proteins.

We have worked with all kinds of cell lines that are standalone cell line providers to integrated programs that got tech transferred into us.

So we see from other CDMOs as well.

And what we see is if your cell line is not robust enough, and what I mean by robustness is, let's say, pH sensitivity, that if your process goes off in your cell culture by 0.1 pH unit, the cell line decreases.

growth rate gets impacted or that level of sensitivity, it should be a red flag.

And I think you hit the nail on the head.

It's like whatever, whatever environment is present is going to allow certain species to evolve or to take hold, maybe not dominate, but become a higher level in the overall diversity, whether it's the mineral content, whether it's pH, whether it's temperature, all of those different factors that we tend to kind of ignore.

Yeah, it all matters.

Like even on the slide, for example, I have – these are my theories.
