So that's a good thing.

I've been on a deep dive about PFAS recently and the stuff that we used to use to waterproof clothing and how bad that was for the planet.

Aren't they saying like, it's like, man, if you've ever worn Gore-Tex, yeah, you're covered.

Like there's like so many of like the old school waterproofing stuff.

There was a study that I read where there were two lakes and one of the lakes had a great deal of outdoor recreation, right? It's in a rainy place.

And the other lake did not have a great deal of outdoor recreation.

And there was PFAS in the fish in the lake.

And they are suggesting that it comes from the waterproof clothing of the people who were going to recreate at the lake.

Well,

New Jersey American water customers' bills just went up yesterday by about $4 a month, but more low-income customers now qualify for a discount program because of money that the utility just got from a lawsuit settlement over Forever Chemicals.

Yeah, it's like this weird artificial-- It's like this tastes like artificial chocolate, right?

So for those who don't know, that's durable water resistance.

And so it's plant-based, which means that it's not going to leak off PFAS into the water systems or into the environment.

So important.

When you're wearing it and it's, you know, it's, it's, it's a really nice, you know, value add there.

But finding out, you know, the DWR that kept us dry was actually like in our coming back and being found in our own bloodstreams and things.

like that after the fact.

With the PFAS that is mostly being phased out, but still exists for sure in other places.

And you know, the down that was keeping us warm, looking at animal welfare.
