Send us Fan Mail Today we are releasing a bonus episode! This is my recent appearance on…
you know i don't think a lot of people realize like you know you train with ben right do you still train with ben how many hours have you spent one-on-one with ben at this point that's a tough
question i mean maybe 50 to 70 hours total total i want to say and this is over three years yeah something like that this is this is me just taking a wild guess but it's because of course i'm basically adding up 15 to 20 minute sessions at a time yeah right So maybe it's an under guess, but it's not it's not by that much because at the end of the day is and we haven't talked about it yet, but the nature of what we're doing is hyper focused and short.
Yeah, that's a week and a half of direct like one on one time, like working hours.
I've argued many times that some of my clients, I probably know more about them than some of their spouses do.
So that was a major attractant to you is that you felt like you were connecting with people in a distinct way that you probably didn't have as much confidence you'd feel, say architecture.
I thought that me being a trainer would be, I'm telling you the exact exercises, I'm demonstrating exactly the right way to do them.
This is exactly the number of sets and reps and tempo and rest period and percentage of weight that you're using.
And I learned very, very quickly that people were hiring me for accountability and they were hiring me because You know, I vested my attention to my clients and paid attention to them and listened to them and all of those different things.
The program design, I mean, just search AI and you'll probably figure out a really decent program.
But personal training is a lot more intimate, even if it's virtual, like what you're doing.
