I'm kind of jealous because Marco beat me to this game in the script because I wanted to talk about what I thought was a crazy overreaction.

Yeah, Kelly, you talk about overreactions, and there can't be a bigger overreaction than what we saw with what the Chiefs did.

Yeah, they got the new player in Kenneth Walker, and what a game did he have for his Kansas City debut.

But the question was going to be, what was Patrick Mahomes going to do coming off his first real serious injury? And we all thought, okay, he's not going to run the football.

This is overreaction at its best, and it's my duty β To say at this point in time, which I will say over and over at different points on different shows all year, no team is as good as their best performance, nor is a team as bad as their worst performance.

And this is the poster child for that because they're both coming in here off of lopsided games.

Now, with all of that value said, Kelly, and it's something that we talked about, one of the things I talked about on the show with a different game last week, but I did on the deli as well, when you go back to the Detroit-New Orleans game, That game was sitting at seven all week.

In which way does Vegas put the number? Because we know if they make a move one way or the other, the Sharps are gonna grab one of those sides.

This game is sitting at six and a half, okay? Does anybody really want Indianapolis after last week? And you know, the people that love teasers are going to take the teasers and take Kansas City down to just win the game at home.

So why not have this at seven or seven and a half in slow teasers down? They have it under the touchdown.
