[laughs] Huge part of my summer, by the way, because I went on...

In fact, I don't think I've revealed this to everybody in my life yet, but, um, I did go on a GLP-1.

Um, actually I started a little bit earlier than the summer, like it was around my birthday in March that I went to see my doctor and, and of course as every doctor I've ever had in the last decade or more has said to me, "Your cholesterol is out of control crazy, and we need to do-"

Mm

... something about it.

So, and w- and in the past when we have tried to do something about it, um, I, I can't take the drugs that you need to be able to control your cholesterol.

As my current doctor here in Portugal told me, she's like, "I think you're like some sort of genetic mutant, and you just can't take-"

Hmm

... a statin.

You just can't do it." [laughs] Like it's not happening.

"How about a GLP-1? Have, have you heard of Mounjaro? Have you heard of Ozempic?" I'm like, "Of course I have.

I mean, who hasn't?"

[laughs]

Like, I just never thought that she would be saying to me like, "Hey, um, I think you should go on one." I'm like...

And she, and this is what I love too, 'cause like in Portugal they don't give, they don't give a shit.

They're like, "And you know, you could stand to lose a few kilo, and just, you know-"

Mm.

"... why not?" [laughs] I'm like, "Okay.

Sounds good to me.

Let's, let's give it a shot.

I'm gonna try it for half a year, like six months."

Hmm.

"And let's see what happens.

And at the end of six months, let's see if this is doing what it's supposed to be doing," which was lowering my cholesterol.

So I do it, I go through the whole thing.
