Well, what we're going to talk about, I found this to be an interesting question to start off the day.

He says, I wonder if since 2020 there have been podcasters that have started podcasts with no following, no built-in audience, no direct or indirect industry connections.

You know, he says, I've spoken to a few podcast coaches in this time, and I've not come away from those initial consultations thinking those coaches can tailor a program to my particular situation.

They seem to work in self-improvement space, a big slice of the pie, but not the vineyard where I'm toiling.

I'm interested in learning what someone... actually did to go from germ of an idea to full success, not an early adopter, but someone who began in the last five or six years, is it possible to look at a podcast success story and conduct a case study much the way business school might perform with a more traditional business? So it's interesting.

I like that question in a way, but Jeff C. over at the content or the, excuse me, creatornewslive.com. just did an episode with this guy named Mike King Jr.

If Jeff is around today, I'm using this in my talk at Empowered Podcasting Conference.

And that is, I could look at, let's say Jim is all over YouTube and he's talking about blah, blah, blah, right? And I'm like, oh, well, that's kind of my audience.

And it turns out that Jim is doing a children's show and I'm doing a show for people 45 to 50.

Like it's not, you know, I might do something that Jim did, but number one, I'm not Jim.

Like one of the things we might talk about later today, I saw where somebody's saying it's taking too long to edit their show.
