All right, Thomas, what was your pick? You know how we do it.
We start with you.
I don't know how we're going to finish it because we have Ed and it's his pick.
So you might have to, you might have to, when you give the score at the end, you're going to have to do your best Ed impression and take it from there.
But go ahead, Thomas.
I was tired of doing good movies, so I figured I'd throw one that was average in there.
Did Everybody Want Some? It was released, I believe, in what, 2016? I didn't realize it was directed by Richard Linklater, who did Days and Confused, and he's done a bunch of Gen X-ish type movies.
I had it written down here.
Oh, Slackers, School of Rock, Suburbia, He's done a pretty good job directing, not a lot of big hits, but a lot of cult classics, I'd say.
Guest star and a lot of younger guys back then, up and coming like Glenn Powell, Wyatt Russell, Tyler Hoechlin, Ryan Guzman, and Zoe Deutsch, who is actually Leah Thompson's daughter.
It's about...
I think 1980 in Texas, a freshman going to college and meeting his new baseball teammates for the first time.
And they're doing a little bit camp and it's basically, it's a college version of dazed and confused and not, not as good as dazed and confused, put it that way.
But, uh, he actually says Richard Linklater actually said, and it was more of a spiritual, uh, sequel to, uh, dazed and confused.
Um, A whole lot of drinking, smoking weed, playing baseball.
Can't go wrong there.
A couple of minuses or cons for me.
The mustaches in this movie were horrible.
I know it's 1980, but oh,
my God.
It's...
Terrible.
And I thought the ending sucked.
The rest of it was bearable.
The ending just kind of happened.
