For years I hated The Miz for a personal reason that he and I got to chop it up over, uh, when he was co-ho- when he was guest hosting the Eisen Show.

But I do think this is the year.

He's not from this planet.

But other than that, I really like Logan Henderson as well.

Yeah, very tricky.

You don't know really how long they're going to go.

We actually talked about this with Mizorowski on the pod a few days ago.

Like, Do you sit him? Do you keep him in routine? Do you give him one more start until the playoffs? And I think this last week or so is going to be tricky on how you handicap some of these starters.

I had this deep dislike for The Miz for so long.

But then what happened is my boy, John Piermarini, who I've spoken about, he became a writer at WWE.

And he would report back to me when he moved to Stanford.

You know what I mean? But...

What was I going to say? But yeah, like I said, as far as that, The Miz is another one.

Miz, for sure, it's just like whatever he lacks in the ring, he more than makes up for on the microphone.

Of course, he's definitely another one who is more than capable and at least passable.

when it comes to the sports entertainment style of WWE.

But The Miz can talk circles around absolute best.

So I would say that much like someone like Piper, Miz's greatest asset is the mic.

You know what I mean? So as far as that's concerned, you can't talk about the greatest talkers and not mention The Miz.

Yankees run line, Dodgers run line, you know, just all the big...

Brewers with, uh, the Miz.

So everything just clicked in terms of the, the masses.

Uh, and I did tell you I would Martingale the Pete Alonso-

And the Dodgers weren't playing great.

They had those defensive miscues in the day, and Mookie at short flipped it incorrectly to Edmund at second.

But either way, it's like the Brewers are the real deal because they have Miz and then they have other arms.

I'm not there yet with the Brewers, fellas.

It might be good enough for you to have the best record in baseball on home field throughout, but whoever it is that comes into AmFam to take care of business Frankly, not allow what happened last year to happen, and that is to finish a team off in three or four games.

Give your guys a little bit of a breather in that pitching staff because when the Miz goes out there in game one against the Los Angeles Dodgers in front of 40,000 screaming and hollering Milwaukee Brewers fans and thousands more at home listening and watching to that team, That is where we're going to find out what this team is made of.

That's what we're going to find out if the metal that has been formulating here with Pat Murphy, with this staff, has taken another step.

And I think for me and a lot of other people, for the longest time, I kept coming on here, and I did it last year, too.

But I think that we all can look in the mirror and understand better chances than not, it will be that team in Dodger blue that will come to AmFam if they get to an NLCS series.

because both teams got to do their job.

But when that day happens, I do believe that the Miz, I do believe in this crew to get it done.

And you win game one, and all of a sudden, I think that there's going to be a belief in this town, in this state, that frankly hasn't been there since at least that 2018 series.
