Fiachra Ó CionnaithPanelistJoeHostAnd Barry, the Healy Rays back in the news again this week.

This is after Michael Healy-Ray's interview on Tuesday with Gerry O'Sullivan on Radio Kerry, in which he basically said that Danny Healy-Ray's words, his brother's words, had cost him his ministry.

You'll recall how Danny gave an interview on the same local radio station the day before that government confidence vote last month, basically calling on Fianna Fáil and Fianna Gael to topple their leaders.

Now, this version of events that Michael had proffered had been the talk locally.

And Kerry have been down a few times since Michael's resignation that this was the real version of events.

But Michael now really pointing the finger at his brother and who knows what will happen
next.
And that's the surprise.
I mean, it's now they've become very public about this, where before I'm sure there were differences of opinion within the Healy Ray machine, but those differences were kept internalized, really, weren't they? This is very public now.

He returned there maybe around a fortnight ago and tellingly sat separately to Danny in the doll chamber besides the independent Mideast TD, Gillian Toole, who supports the coalition, whilst Danny over in the corner.

Again, the Healy Ray is obviously always in the media, never afraid to give a comment or ring a reporter back, but they've always been quite private about what goes on behind the veil in Kilgarvan.

So to see these comments from Michael Healy-Ray, to see a brother having a go at a brother in Irish politics, it really is quite an extraordinary development, notwithstanding the household nature of this family as well.
And Fíochra, even though Michael Healy-Ray is gone, it doesn't stop reporters asking others in government whether or not he might ever get back again.

Yeah, I mean, this is some of the questions that were asked of Tonisha Simon-Harris on his way into Cabinet on Wednesday.

Now, Simon-Harris, he said in response to those questions, well, look, never say never.
