So the Gemara starts off here on the bottom of Samech Ches line number base with a story where it seemed to be almost everything that was done, not LeChatchilah.

What happened? He-- there was a Chalitza being done, and what did he allow? [Hebrew] It was done at night, which is a Bedieved, which again, many of these are Machlokes, uh, was done at night.

[Hebrew] in front of one dayan.

[Hebrew] it was done on Shabbos.

[Hebrew] with a sand-with a sandal, a shoe made of reeds, uh, again, a Bedieved type of shoe.

[Hebrew] and the dayan was standing.

Uh, so [Hebrew] and also there was no Rekika done, which was, uh, Machlokes Tana'im that we have, uh, coming up later.

So shama Rav, ama Rav heard about this and said, [Hebrew] the only one that did this is-- was the, the brother of the mother of Rav Kahana, meaning everything here is a Bedieved.

He was upset about, uh, about hearing this story.

See, the Karbanei that goes through each one of these.

[Hebrew] It's a [Hebrew] of negative [Hebrew] because all of them, you have what to rely on Bedieved.

So we don't know the details of the story, why exactly it happened to be this way, why it happened on-- they had to do it on Shabbos.

Maybe somebody-- the, the, the Yavam was, uh, running away and maybe, and maybe the, uh, um, they, they, they couldn't get, uh, another shoe, and maybe they, uh, you know, couldn't, uh, you know, uh, find a place to sit, whatever it is.

But that's, uh, all of these were lav shaper avid.

And again, the Karbanei that goes through each one.

One doesn't do Din on Shabbos.
