I, I have the blinds closed today because after 1:00 in the afternoon it gets very sunny in the shed and, uh, I can't see anything.

But in the morning I like to look out onto our beautiful-- uh, we've got an acer in the garden, uh, which is actually slowly growing to, to sort of cover the window.
Uh, is there anything around you that maybe pertains to whatever project you're writing? So, uh, Post-it notes or, uh, a plot point, a, a s- a spreadsheet, a whiteboard, maybe images that help you out?

I used to be very much, uh, a Post-its person, um, and used to cover things with that, but I, I pretty much do everything now via, um, the notes app on my phone, which syncs to my laptop and then I have-- on my second screen, I have the notes up, uh, for whatever project I'm working on, and I flick between those.

I've got them all pinned depending on, yeah, on the [chuckles] severity or the, uh, kind of the importance of the project.

Um, I definitely... yeah, as I say, I used to do a lot with Post-its, um, but I've, I've made the jump fully digital now.

It's, it's weird, isn't it, that, that something so simple can k- can almost be quite evocative.
